Shipping and returns

Shipping
Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after your shipping confirmation email.
International orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on location.
All customs duties and import taxes are included in your shipping fee — no additional charges at delivery.
During launch periods, please allow 2-4 days for order processing.
You’ll receive updates when your order is placed, shipped, and delivered.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please email us at customercare@saintselene.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and tags.
We offer complimentary return shipping on eligible returns.
A prepaid label will be emailed to you once your return request is approved.
Only returns using this label will be accepted.
We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed once your return has been delivered.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.
We currently do not offer exchanges — if you'd like a different item, please place a new order after your refund.
